UFB's 7 November short says it is releasing its robot-building tools to the public; the tools are not named or dated

UFB's description of a TED clip says it 'announces the release of their tools for everyone to try'. No name, link, date or fighting use is given, and no independent source confirms a release.

Hosted on YouTube. Roboxing does not host this video.

Ultimate Bots (UFB) posted a short video on 7 November 2026 titled "Anyone Can Build a Robot now?". Its description says that at TED, UFB's David Dobáš explains how dancers, athletes and creatives can build with humanoid robots, and "announces the release of their tools for everyone to try". It is the latest of a run of UFB uploads from the league's TED appearance, and the first to say the tools are being released to the public.

WHAT THE DESCRIPTION SAYS

The text claims that "what used to take engineering teams weeks, anyone can now do with just an idea". That is UFB's own framing, in a promotional short. The description does not name the tools, link to them, give a price or licence, or say when they become available. Roboxing has not been able to confirm a public release from any source other than UFB's own upload, and a web search found no independent coverage of one. Until the tools can be located and tried, this is an announcement of intent as UFB words it, not a verified product launch.

WHAT THE EARLIER SHORTS SHOWED

On 5 November UFB uploaded "Anyone can train robots now!". Its description says choreographing a humanoid robot now works like editing a video: clips are dropped in, moves are dragged onto a timeline, and the robot performs the routine. Earlier uploads in the same series, covered on this site on 1 and 4 November, showed two robots dancing on the TED stage, a camera-tracked demo in which a robot mirrors a person's punches and kicks, and a tool for turning a filmed move into a robot motion. The 7 November short appears to be where UFB says those tools go public.

WHAT THIS DOES NOT TELL US

Nothing in the short concerns fighting. It does not say that the tools drive UFB's fight robots, that fighters will use them, or that they will feature in Season 2 bouts. It is relevant to this record because UFB is a fight league and its Season 2 opener is at TwitchCon San Diego on 13 November 2026; the short is a signal about how UFB wants to be seen, not about what happens in the cage.

WHAT IS STILL UNPUBLISHED

Where the tools will live, who can use them, which robots they support and whether they run on real machines or only in simulation are all unstated. Roboxing will update this story if UFB publishes a page, a download or a date. UFB's own schedule page is JS-rendered and returned no readable content on 8 November, so any change there is unverified.
