REK Deathmatch (9 Oct 2026): card, clips and what is known about the results

As of 15 October 2026, REK has not published a winner for any fight at its Deathmatch night in San Francisco on 9 October. The card, the two clips REK posted and one unconfirmed attendee account are all that is on record. This page sets out what is known and what is not, and is updated when REK publishes results. The event record is at roboxing.tv/events/rek-deathmatch-sf-2026.

THE EVENT

REK Deathmatch ran on Friday 9 October 2026 at REK Arena in San Francisco. Doors were at 7:30 PM Pacific and the first fight at 8:00 PM. The night was sold out; general admission was $69, standing. It was robot against robot only, with arm-mounted blades, and the first REK night since California's State Athletic Commission ordered the company to stop staging unsanctioned fights involving humans. See roboxing.tv/competitions/rek.

THE CARD AS ANNOUNCED

Three fights were announced, per REK's event page and a Humanoids Daily preview of 7 October: a main event of Rektile against T-REK; a fight between EngineAI T800s; and a weapons fight between Unitree G1s fitted with blades. Pilots were not announced. No other source we have read confirms that the card ran in this order or with these names.

THE CLIPS

REK posted two clips on its own YouTube channel on fight night. At 9:38 PM Pacific it posted "Real Steel is here boys. Noisy Boy VS Raider-72", the first time any pairing was named. Seven minutes later it posted a 16-second clip titled "World's First Humanoid Weapons Fight", embedded with this story. Neither clip names a winner. Noisy Boy and Raider-72 do not match the names on the announced card, and we cannot say whether they are the same machines under other names.

THE STREAM

There was none. REK said on X that it would post the fights on social media and that there would be "no streams for this one". Footage appears on REK's YouTube channel, on X at @REK and on Instagram and TikTok at @rekrobot.

WHAT IS KNOWN ABOUT THE RESULTS

REK has named no winner. The morning after the event, rek.com still listed it as upcoming. The only account of the outcome is one attendee's post on X, which says the MMA bout ended in a knockout and that in the heavyweight weapons match "Terminator got his eye cut out then ultimately KO'd Predator". Those are not the names on REK's card. We print it as one spectator's report. It is not a result, and no bout from this night is in Roboxing's results record.

WHAT IS NOT KNOWN

Who won any fight, how many fights took place, who piloted the machines, and whether the main event Rektile against T-REK was held. REK's next event date is also unverified: rek.com/fights loads its content with JavaScript and we could not read it.
