New Dawn MY has broadcasters — announced in a story that has since expired
SCL named MySports Media Group, MYTV Mana-Mana and Tonton as partners for Saturday's card in an Instagram story on 30 September. The names appear nowhere else, and no stream link or start time has been published.
New Dawn MY has broadcasters. The only place they were announced has already deleted itself.
Shadow Combat League named three partners for Saturday's card in an Instagram story on 30 September: MySports Media Group, MYTV Mana-Mana, and Tonton as streaming partner. Instagram stories expire after 24 hours, and the names appear nowhere else — not on shadowcombatleague.com, not on the league's X account, not on its YouTube channel, and not in the Malaysian press coverage from 23 September, which lists the venue and the card and names no broadcaster at all.
Two of the three are substantial. Tonton is Media Prima's streaming service and currently holds exclusive Malaysian streaming for the Mobile Legends Professional League's seventeenth season, so it already carries live competitive events to a Malaysian audience. MYTV Mana-Mana is MYTV Broadcasting's streaming and free-to-air digital terrestrial platform, created under the country's National Broadcasting Digitalisation Project — free-to-air reach rather than subscriber reach.
The third, MySports Media Group, returns nothing findable. It is recorded here as named but unidentified rather than quietly dropped.
This matters more than a line in a listings page. Until now the strongest thing on record about watching New Dawn was a sentence in the event's own terms and conditions saying it "will be filmed, photographed and streamed live" — a commitment with no platform attached. A free-to-air national broadcaster and the country's largest commercial streamer is a different proposition, and it is the first time this sport has had anything resembling conventional domestic distribution outside China.
What has still not been published is the thing a reader actually needs: a link, and a start time. Three days out there is nothing to click. The league's own site carries a "watch robots fight" button pointing at a video YouTube attributes to an account that is not the league's, which is not a New Dawn stream and is not treated as one here.
So this page names the platforms and withholds the promise. When a link exists it goes up, and this site will embed it.
